From my earliest experiences with rugged bush pilots in the far Yukon, to service in the Royal Canadian Air Force and close partnership with Transport Canada's vast Airport Network, flying has been in my blood. For over 20 years, I have flown to gateways across Africa. It took a long time to realize that I was the only one who was going to make an adventurous life happen to me. Nothing embodies freedom more than flying. Aside from the sheer joy of doing it, flying dreams have symbolic meaning. In a general sense they are about expanding who I am as a person. Flying safaris like a bird is the ultimate way to experience the pure magnitude of Africa’s wildlife and landscape and enables to reach more remote areas in short times thereby maximizing your time on the ground to game drive, unwind and enjoy your accommodation. Flying dreams can point to a craving for more experiences in your life. The world is a book and those who don’t travel read only one page. Jerry Bird
