Ratoma. Quaint, but with all the amenities of a
large hotel. Popular TGIF location. Lovely ocean

Camayenne: Corniche-Nord. Rooms are tastefully
decorated. Has a large pool, three dining areas,
pétanque area, tennis court and cable T.V.

du Niger: Route de Niger, 6 blocks from the US
Embassy. Fresh fruits and vegetables and canned
goods. One can usually find everything here but
beware of pickpockets. A to Z Bellevue.
Across from the President's guesthouse. Modern and
clean. Carries many American products. Good quality
imported meats. Imported cheeses and some imported
produce. Prices are slightly high, however the
selection is consistently good. Well stocked with
an attentive and friendly staff. SuperBobo: Donka
Road, just before the Castro Bridge on right, after
the turnoff for the Hotel Camyenne. Large and
usually well stocked supermarket. Lots of local and
imported meats, deli items, as well as excellent
dry goods. Excellent selection of cheeses and cold
cuts. Imported fresh fruits; there are many fruit
and vegetable stands outside. |
